The Illinois Green Business Association is always looking for individuals, organizations, companies, governments and groups to partner with us in expanding green business efforts in Illinois.
The Illinois Green Business Association has formed Technical Advisory Groups (T.A.G.s) to review and revise our green business checklist standards. T.A.G. participants are Illinois-based and national experts encompassing areas of community outreach, energy conservation, landscape design, pollution prevention, sustainable purchasing, sustainable transit, waste reduction, and water conservation. T.A.G. committee members have a hand in crafting and developing a state-wide green business standard that will potentially be linked to a new national green business standard. T.A.G. experts also have a direct impact on increasing the adoption of the latest and most efficient, best green practices to be adopted in hundreds and potentially thousands of businesses.
